Haircut

Kelci's first real haircut. I was afraid she wouldn't sit still because I have a hard time getting her to sit to brush her hair but she was in seventh heaven the whole time.  Now every time we get in the car she has to ask if we can go get her hair cut.

Garth Brooks

We are the luckiest people on the face of the planet.  We had tickets to see Garth that were at the back of the stage 12 rows up from the stage.  Before we officially bought the tickets we searched youtube to find his previous concerts in the country so we could get a feel of his stage.  Once we saw he had a 360 stage we knew we would be okay with seats back of stage.  He did a really good job playing to those who were at back of stage.  We thought those were pretty sweet seats since we only bought them a week ago from ebay.  Boy were we wrong.  As we were walking down to our seats one of the girls that works for Garth saw that Nathan was wearing a Kentucky hoodie.  She started cheering for Kentucky and then told us to come down to her. After chit chatting about Kentucky she gave us floor front row seats to the show.  I about died.  My heart was racing so fast from excitement.  I am surprised I didn't pass out.  We were right next to the stage.  It was nice because the people in the second row weren't allowed to come to the stage so we weren't even shoved up against the stage.  Nathan and I were the only ones that Garth shook hands with during concert.  I am still in shock from it.  I don't have much of a voice today but it was well worth it.  The pictures don't do justice to how amazing the concert was.  Garth puts on a great show!  He still sounds like he did years ago and he still runs around the stage like crazy.  He doesn't let his old age get in the way.

Garth and Trisha Yearwood

This is Johnny Garcia the electric guitar player.  He gave us two of his guitar picks!!

Since I can't get the video's to download, below are the links to them.  They aren't to long but just enough so you can get the feel of how amazing it was. I promise you that none of the pictures or videos have any zoom.

The Baton Rouge song I apparently had my hand on mic so the sound isn't that great.  That one has Jimmy in it and I LOVE him. He has amazing talent.  After the first couple songs he started realizing how much I loved him and he would come play next to me when he had the fiddle.

I LOVE MY LIFE!!!!!!
